What the forget-me command deletes, what it cannot undo, and privacy settings you can change instead.

Before you start
The /voice-meta forget-me command deletes the information you left on one server: your linked Riot account and its collected records, your voice activity history and your Kleos score on that server, all at once. If you only want to change what others can see, without deleting anything, jump to the settings section below.
- Your Discord account as a member of the server you want to delete from. Use the command inside that server. If you use it in a DM with the bot, you only get a generic error message.
- You do not need admin rights or Premium.
- Changing the settings is done on kletoi.com after you log in with Discord. Logging in is covered in A tour of the web console and logging in.
This command has no confirmation window or second prompt. It runs as soon as you send it, and it has no undo. Before you send it, read the sections What it deletes and What you cannot undo below.
What it deletes
The command applies only to the information stored for you on the server where you run it. If you use several servers, run it on each one. Settings that are not tied to a server are not touched (the settings section below covers them).
A few records that are not tied to a server, such as the enquiries you sent or your Riot ownership checks, are deleted for every server whichever server you run the command on. The policy lists them. The exception is billing and refund enquiries (if you have a payment record, that means all the enquiries you sent): from 30 October 2026 they are not deleted right away but kept apart, as the law requires, and deleted later. See “What stays” below.
- Your settings and activity: channel defaults, voice activity history, total mileage (tier), Kleos score and history, preferred positions (main and sub) and the stored profile picture information.
- Server roles: the bot tries to remove the tier and position roles it gave you. They can stay if the bot lacks permission or cannot find you right away, and season reward roles stay as they are. Ask a server admin to take off any role that remains.
- Riot link and records: the Riot account you linked and the ranked and normal records collected for it.
- What you left: the match feedback you wrote, your schedule votes, your roster row in manually entered matches (including rows someone else entered for you) and the enquiries you sent (billing and refund enquiries are the exception; see “What stays” below).
- Records about you: staff notes and tags written about you, and your tier change history.
- Sharing and invites: your share card name setting, the turn-off records of share links you made and the record invite links you made.
An in-house match is not a record you made alone, and deleting it would break the records of the people who played with you. So these records are not deleted; they are only cut off from you. For example, this covers match participation, in-house rating and results, reputation such as commendations and trust, squads and season wrap-up rankings, and the schedules and challenges you opened. It also covers pick and ban records, the author mark on staff notes and announcements, the submitter and reviewer mark on manually entered matches, and your row when you were listed as an outside player. The full list is in section 6.2 ⓐ of the Privacy Policy. On screen they show as “Departed member”, without your name. If you join the same server again, they are not linked back to you.
- The copy of an enquiry DM already forwarded to the operator. Deleting your enquiry record does not remove it from that DM.
- From 30 October 2026, billing and refund enquiries and the replies to them. If you have a payment record, every enquiry you sent counts, whatever it is about, and so does any enquiry the operator marked as a billing or refund enquiry. If you ask for deletion, they are not deleted at once: as the law requires, they are kept apart from the enquiry inbox for 3 years from the last handling date and then deleted automatically. The details are in section 4.3 of the Privacy Policy.
- The admin action log. It is deleted automatically after its retention period, and during that period it also keeps the fact that you ran this command, along with details in that record such as channel names and your Riot ID.
- The AI match summaries made from feedback. They stay even after the original feedback is deleted.
- Your name on the allow and view lists of temporary channels other people made. They are the channel owner's settings, so this command does not delete them; they go away together with that channel's records.
- The notification delivery history. It is deleted automatically after its retention period (billing notice records excepted).
- Your basic member information, and billing and subscription records that are kept under the law.
- Link previews that Discord, KakaoTalk or similar places already saved. Kletoi cannot delete or change them.
- Values stored in your browser. They live in your browser, not on the service's servers, so this command cannot reach them. Clear the site data in your browser to remove them.
The full list is in sections 6.1 (what one command deletes) and 6.2 (what remains after the command) of the Privacy Policy. If you want even the remaining data deleted, follow the request route in section 6.3 and write to admin@kletoi.com. Billing, subscription and refund records are not deleted during the retention period required by law. Billing and refund enquiries are likewise not deleted during the retention period described above; they are kept apart.
What you cannot undo
- There is no way to bring back the score, total mileage (tier), Riot link and records that were deleted. You need to link Riot again in Link and re-verify your Riot account.
- Records that lost your name do not become yours again, even if you join the same server again. What your profile shows afterwards is in My records are missing.
- The share links of the profile card and match record card you made on that server stop opening. The season wrap-up card link also stops opening, because the wrap-up record becomes nameless (Running a season and its wrap-up). Previews that have already spread cannot be deleted.
- The data is deleted from the live system right away, but backup copies made earlier can keep it for the period in section 4.4 of the Privacy Policy (up to 30 days). Backups are used only for recovery.
- The command is not a setting that blocks future records. If you stay on the server, basic information such as your name and profile picture is stored again, and your voice activity (if the server has it on) and in-house match participation are recorded anew.
How to run it
Go to the server you want to delete from
Use the command inside that server. If you want to delete from several servers, run it once on each.
Send the command
/voice-meta forget-meThere is nothing to fill in. It starts deleting as soon as you send it. If there is a lot to delete it can take a few seconds, so wait for the reply.Read the done message
The bot replies, visible only to you, with “Your saved defaults, activity records, and linked account have been deleted. See kletoi.com/privacy for what remains and how to request full deletion.” This message is a short summary, so the exact scope is in the section above and in the Privacy Policy.
If an error message comes instead of the done message, the run may have stopped partway. Send the same command once more. Running it again is safe.
You are done for that server when the done message appears, visible only to you. To delete from another server, run the command once more there.
How it differs from unlinking Riot and leaving a server
The /riot unlink command removes the Riot link on this server. What is deleted along with it and what stays is in Link and re-verify your Riot account. The /voice-meta forget-me command removes the link too, and also deletes the collected records and your other information on that server. Leaving a server does not delete most of your information automatically. The time you left is recorded and a few things, such as your share card name setting for that server, can be deleted. The rest follows the retention rules in the policy. If you want it deleted, run this command on that server before you leave. If you have already left, you can join that server again and run it, or follow the request route in section 6.3 of the Privacy Policy and write to admin@kletoi.com.
Settings you can change without deleting
These settings leave your records as they are. They decide who sees your name (duo rankings and share cards) and which DMs you receive. You change all of them on kletoi.com.
Hide your name from duo rankings
On kletoi.com Home, turn on the Hide my name from duo rankings switch and press Save. The setting is not tied to a server and applies to every server you are on. It is off at first, so your name shows in the rankings. When on, pairs and stacks you are part of drop off the duo and stack rankings, off the Best duo card on the server home and off the duo ranking in the weekly report. Your records are not deleted. This switch cannot hide you from the Kleos ranking or the voice time ranking (Build up and review your Kleos activity score, Voice mileage, tiers and badges). Who can see what is in Your profile and match history.
Choose whether share cards show your name
On kletoi.com Home, press My profile on the server's card to open your profile for that server. Turn the Show my name on share cards switch on or off and press Save. Choose which DMs you receive
The DM preferences card on kletoi.com Home has these switches: Reminders & nudgesResults & summaries. When on, you receive that kind of DM; when off, you do not. All are on at first. After you change them, press Save. The DM preferences button on your profile page takes you to the same place. How this setting relates to the invite DM is in I didn't get the invite DM.
- Reminders & nudges item: “Pre-match reminders, availability polls, feedback requests, Riot-link and re-engagement nudges.”
- Results & summaries item: “Feedback receipts, AI summary ready, and season recap notices.”
- “Choose which kinds of bot DMs you receive. This applies across every server you're in.”
- “Essential notices — match invites, confirmations, cancellations — and billing notices are always sent, regardless of this setting.”
When you run the /voice-meta forget-me command, the name display setting for that server is deleted and goes back to its starting state, off. Settings that are not tied to a server, such as the DM preferences, your time zone and the Hide my name from duo rankings setting, are left as they are. Keeping the Hide my name from duo rankings setting is on purpose: deleting it would quietly turn off the hiding you chose, which is the opposite of what you asked for.

Check it worked
If you chose to delete, send the /voice-meta forget-me command on that server and check that the done message, visible only to you, arrived. If you chose to change settings instead, you are done when Saved shows for the Hide my name from duo rankings switch and the DM preferences card, and the Show my name on share cards switch is in the state you chose on each server.
