Your profile and match history

What each part of your profile shows, where the records come from and how to refresh them.

On this page

Before you start

Note · You need
  • A server member account logged in at kletoi.com with Discord. Each server has its own profile.
  • The Custom games tab (your in-house matches) works without a Riot link. The table on the Riot matchmade tab needs a linked Riot account; how to link is in Link and re-verify your Riot account.

The short pointer to where your profile lives is in A member's first 5 minutes. This guide goes deeper: what each part shows and where the numbers come from.

Open your profile and read the top

Open your profile from Home

HomeMy profile

On kletoi.com Home, press My profile on the server's card. Your profile is one screen that runs top to bottom.

kletoi.comv2026.10
The profile screen — tier card, Kleos activity score, preferred positions, the Riot row and the in-house and Riot tabs, from top to bottom.12
①My current tier ②Kleos Activity Score. Names and records on the screen are demo data.

Read the tier card

The My current tier card at the top shows your current tier and your Total voice time. If you are not at the top tier yet, you also see a remaining time like “1h 30m to next tier” and a progress bar. Below it a row of tiers highlights where you stand. If you picked a main position, a Main position line is added. How tiers are set is in Voice mileage, tiers and badges.

Read the Kleos Activity Score box

The Kleos Activity Score box shows your current Activity score in large type, with your Kleos rank in the server as a chip when you have one. This score is separate from your tier.

Note · How to read it
  • Lifetime · Tier is your tier and Current · Kleos is your activity score right now. Your tier comes from your lifetime voice time; Kleos builds with voice time and fades if you are away for long. When it builds up is in Build up and review your Kleos activity score and when it goes down is in Build up and review your Kleos activity score.
  • The lines under the score list adjustments such as Commend bonusChallenge rewardNo-show penaltyInactivity decay. Points built up from voice time go straight into the score, not into this list.
  • Why a no-show penalty appears is explained in No-shows, marks and MVP.
  • Below that come three boxes, This weekLongest sessionStreak, and a Played with list.

Check your preferred positions

In the Preferred positions box, choose one Main position and up to 2 Secondary positions, then save with Save. Matchmakers see this when they build teams. If you have not picked any, matchmakers see you without a lane.

Read the Riot row

Look at the linked-account row

If you linked a Riot account, this row shows your profile icon and your game name and tag, with a copy button for the Riot ID. Next to the linked chip you see the date of the last record sync, written like “synced date”.

Note · What the row shows
  • Ownership badge: “Verified · date” or “Needs check · Nd”. An account linked without the icon check shows the days left and a Verify icon button. How to verify is in Link and re-verify your Riot account.
  • The region appears, and if a level is stored it is added next to it, written like “Summoner level N”. Your Discord name is shown too.
  • Refresh icon pulls your profile-icon picture again after you changed it in League. It does not fetch records. Unlink removes the link after a confirmation, and then new ranked and normal games are no longer collected. You can link again any time.
  • The three numbers on the right are counted from the same records as the Custom games tab: the number of games, Win rate, and the win-loss of your latest 10.

If you have not linked

The Riot row instead shows the Game Name and Tagline fields with a Link button. The chip reads Link needed. Follow Link and re-verify your Riot account to link.

Two tabs: in-house and Riot

The Custom games tab — your in-house games

The Custom games tab is open first. It stacks the games you played as cards, newest first, up to the latest 10. A game becomes a card in one of two ways.

Note · What becomes a card
  • A match run through Kletoi: you answered join, got a team, and a matchmaker (or a server admin) confirmed the result. The card has the Kletoi in-house tag, the winning team, both rosters with positions, the MVP and a Match details link. Matches that were cancelled, ended without a result, or are still running do not become cards.
  • A manually entered game: only entries a matchmaker (or a server admin) approved come through. The card shows your champion, KDA, damage, gold and vision, and Details opens the full 10-player table. How to enter one is in Confirm a result and enter records, and how to turn it into a share card is in Share cards and result cards.

With no cards you see “No custom game records yet.”. The list is drawn from the records as of the moment you open the profile.

The Riot matchmade tab — games collected from Riot

The Riot matchmade tab has the Recent matchmade games table. It lists, one row each, the games collected automatically from your linked Riot account, up to the latest 10. A row has the Champion with the result, KDA with vision score, Damage, Gold, the Queue, and the When the game started with its length. The table head shows the wins, losses and win rate across all collected games, and the Refresh now button.

Note · Good to know on this tab
  • If you have not linked, you see “Link your Riot account to see matchmade games” with a Link above button instead of the table. Your in-house records are unaffected.
  • If you linked but it is empty, you see “No games synced yet — run /riot sync in Discord to pull them now.”. The reasons are in My records are missing.
  • An approved manual entry that falls within the latest 10 also appears in this table, with the queue Custom (manual). It is the same game shown on both tabs.
  • A Loading or Done chip next to the title means a server admin is importing past records or just finished. Details are in Importing past records and replays.
Caution · What is not collected automatically
  • Custom games (games you set up yourselves, like in-house matches). Riot does not provide them in its match history, so they never arrive on the Riot matchmade tab by themselves. In-house games belong to the Custom games tab, and games played outside are entered by hand.
  • Games from any other queue. Only these six queues are collected: Normal (Draft) · Ranked Solo · Normal (Blind) · Ranked Flex · Normal (Swiftplay) · Normal (Quickplay).
  • Games shorter than 10 minutes. They are treated as remakes and left out.
  • Automatic collection looks at only your latest 10 games each time, so older games can be skipped. A server admin can start an import that walks back through up to 200 recent games for each account linked in this server, without asking the member, and it includes games played before linking. Details are in Importing past records and replays and the Privacy Policy.

How fresh the records are and how to refresh

It collects on its own

Once you are linked, every 30 minutes the bot takes the linked members 5 at a time in turn and checks their latest 10 games. The turns run across the linked members of every server the bot is in, so the more linked members there are, the later your turn comes. A game you just finished not showing yet is normal.

Where do you want to do this?

In the web console

Pull it with the profile button

HomeMy profileRiot matchmadeRefresh now

Press Refresh now on the Riot matchmade tab. When it finishes, a notice like “No new games to add” appears.

In Discord

Pull it right away with a command

/riot syncPulls the ranked or normal game you just played without waiting. When it finishes, it answers like “Sync complete — no new matchmade games to record.”.
Note · One pull, then a short rest
  • The command and the button share one cooldown, so after one pull you cannot pull again for about 5 minutes. During the cooldown you see the time left: the button says “You can refresh again shortly” and the command says “You just synced. You can refresh again in about 5 min.”. Record lookups use a Riot key that every server shares.
  • If Riot's servers are unstable when you use the button, you see “Couldn't fetch your games”. Try again a little later. The cooldown still counts as used.
You are done when you see this

The ranked or normal game you just played shows as the top row of the Riot matchmade table, and the date next to the linked chip changes to today.

Look up the record of people who play together

The 📊 Combo record button on a temporary room's panel shows the ranked and normal games that 2 to 5 people you pick from the room played on the same team. Unlike the ⚔️ button that builds teams, it only looks things up and creates nothing, so you do not need to be the owner or a matchmaker.

Note · You need
  • The bot's in-house features must be on. When they are off, the panel has no such button.
  • The room needs at least 2 people, bots not counted. If not, you see “You need at least 2 people in the voice channel to look up a combo”.
  • Only people who linked a Riot account are counted. How to link is in Link and re-verify your Riot account.

Press 📊 Combo record on the room panel

A list only you can see opens. In the “Pick who to look up together” box, pick from 2 to 5 people. People without a Riot link are listed too, marked “Riot not linked — excluded”. The list shows up to 25 people.

Read the summary only you can see

Under This combo's record you see the games the people you picked played together on the same team, with wins and win rate, for example “All of you played 12 games together — 7 wins (58%)”. If there is no game where every linked person played together, it drops one person at a time and shows the first step that has games. It then says how many of you played, like “2+ of you played 9 games together — 5 wins (56%)”.

Note · The other lines of the summary
  • Picked is who you picked. Left out of the count lists people left out because they have no Riot link. If fewer than 2 picked people are linked, you see “At least 2 of the people you pick need Riot linked to see a combo record”.
  • Games not counted is the number of games in which the people you picked were on opposite teams. They did not play together, so those games are not counted.
  • With no shared games you see “No official games together yet”. With 3 or more linked people, a note is added below: “Solo/Duo only puts 2 of you on the same team, so combos of 3+ only show up in Flex and Normals.”

Open the web page with See details

The See details button under the summary opens the same group on the web. Besides Played together there are the Lineup, Shape of the contribution, Most-played champions, By queue, Per-member contribution, Recent games panels. Recent games show up to 20.

When a table cell holds 2 games or fewer, it shows no win rate, only the games and wins with a “sample too small” mark.

Note · Who can see it
  • The summary is shown only to the person who pressed the button.
  • The web page opens for anyone logged in as a member of the server. The address carries the people you picked (up to 5), so another server member who receives the address sees the same page.
  • The page shows the names of the people you picked and their ranked and normal games played together. The leaderboard visibility switch applies only to the duo and stack rankings, not to this page.
You are done when you see this

Press 📊 Combo record on the room panel and pick people, and a This combo's record summary only you can see appears. See details opens the web page.

Who can see what

Note · Who sees what
  • This profile screen shows only your own records, as the logged-in member. What other members of the server can see is listed below.
  • Your linked Riot ID is visible to members of the same server: in the 10-player table of in-house cards, in match detail and in the server's in-house collection. What is stored is listed in the Privacy Policy.
  • Your collected ranked and normal games also feed the Ranked games ranking on the server home leaderboard and the duo screens. The server home is open to members of the same server.
  • Matchmakers see your preferred positions when they build teams.

Decide whether share cards show your name

Whether share cards show your name is set per server with the Show my name on share cards switch right below the Custom games and Riot matchmade tabs (off by default). What the switch changes and how to turn it on and off are in Share cards and result cards, and how to turn off a link you already made is in Share cards and result cards.

A share link and its preview image can be viewed by anyone who has the link, without signing in. Previews that Discord, KakaoTalk or similar places have already stored cannot be deleted or changed by Kletoi. Details are in the Public share links section of the Privacy Policy.

Hide your name from duo rankings

HomeHide my name from duo rankings

On kletoi.com Home, turn on Hide my name from duo rankings and press Save. Pairs and stacks you are part of then drop off the duo and stack rankings on every server, the Best duo card on the server home, and the weekly report's duo ranking. Your records are not deleted.

Note · If you want your records removed

The /voice-meta forget-me command is not a records-only command. It removes the data stored for you on that server. What it deletes and what stays is in Delete your data or change privacy settings. The Unlink button only stops new records from being collected; it does not delete records already collected. What stays when you only unlink is in Link and re-verify your Riot account.

When a record is missing

To work through the causes one by one, see My records are missing. Here is only the short route by which side is missing.

Note · Depending on which one is missing
  • A ranked or normal game you just played is not on the Riot matchmade tab: pull it with the Refresh now button or the /riot sync command above. If it is still missing, see My records are missing.
  • An in-house match is not on the Custom games tab: check that a matchmaker or server admin confirmed the result and that you answered join and were put on a team. Confirming a result is covered in Confirm a result and enter records.
  • A game played outside Kletoi is missing: enter it by hand and wait for a matchmaker's (or server admin's) approval. A card appears once it is approved. Follow Confirm a result and enter records for the entry.
  • An older ranked or normal game is not on the Riot matchmade tab: automatic collection looks at recent games only. A server admin can fill them in with the past-record import, described in Importing past records and replays.

Link and re-verify your Riot account: linking and the icon check. Importing past records and replays: how a server admin fills in the past records of linked members in one go. Confirm a result and enter records: enter a game played outside the flow. No-shows, marks and MVP: where no-shows and marks in your Kleos list come from. Voice mileage, tiers and badges: the tier and mileage rules. Build up and review your Kleos activity score: when the score builds up and goes down. Delete your data or change privacy settings: settings that change what others see without deleting. Delete your data or change privacy settings: what the delete command covers.

Check it worked

You are done when you see this

On your profile you see the Custom games and Riot matchmade tabs. In-house games you played show as cards on the Custom games tab, and if you linked Riot, a sync date sits next to the linked chip and your recent games show on the Riot matchmade tab.
