Kletoi is a Discord bot. It auto-creates temporary voice channels that clean themselves up, and runs League custom matches end to end — recruiting, team balancing, and recording results. Details: First 5 minutes.

Use the “Add to server” button at the top (or visit kletoi.com/invite) and approve the permissions (adding a bot needs Manage Server). Right after install, an install card appears in a server channel and the owner gets a DM — press “Quick start” (needs Manage Server) to create a trigger voice channel and you’re ready. “Guided setup” in the web console or /admin set-trigger does the same, and the management hub text channel is optional. Join the “trigger” voice channel your admin set up and your own channel appears automatically. Rename it, set a user limit, lock or hide it from the control panel — and it disappears once empty. Details: Manage your room — name, limit, lock, hide.

Command names follow your Discord app language — the same command has a different name in a Korean app and an English app. You don't need to memorise names: type / and pick from the autocomplete. Server admin commands (/admin, /matchmaker) only appear for people with Manage Server; in-house commands (/riot, /squad) are visible to everyone. Log in at kletoi.com with Discord, then open “My profile” from your server’s card on “Home”. There you can see the ranked and normal games of your linked Riot account and your custom-game records (the “Custom games” tab). In Discord, /badge me shows your tier and /wallet shows your activity score (Kleos). Details: Your profile and match history.

Enter your Riot ID in /riot link (Name#Tag — pasting the whole thing works) and the bot shows a profile-icon picture. Switch to that icon in the League client and press “Check” within 10 minutes to link (you can switch back afterwards). Once linked, ranked and normal games are collected periodically, and /riot sync pulls them right away (once every 5 minutes). Linking is not required to join a match — only if the server turned on “Require Riot link”. Details: Link and re-verify your Riot account.

A matchmaker or a server admin creates a match in the web console, and everyone on the roster is invited. With “Allow bot DM notifications” on in server settings, invitees answer Join · Maybe · Decline with DM buttons; members the DM can't reach answer with the Join button in the match announce channel, if the server set one. They can also answer on the “My matches” page on the web, and get a follow-up once the lineup is locked. Details: Run a match, step by step.

You place members into two teams and assign lanes yourself in the team builder. After the match is created, “Auto-balance” on the match page splits everyone who answered Join into two sides with the closest TrueSkill totals. Details: Team balance, lanes and positions.

It uses a TrueSkill model. Confirmed wins and losses move your skill estimate, and everyone starts from the same value before their first game. See the per-match trend on your member profile. Details: Team balance, lanes and positions.

A server admin turns seasons on in the web console (off by default · 3 months by default, set between 1 and 12). Each season tallies in-house ratings and records, and the final rankings are kept as a recap when it ends. With “Auto rollover” on, the bot ends the season on schedule; with it off, an admin ends it. At each rollover ratings move halfway back toward the starting value instead of resetting fully (the Kleos activity score restarts from zero), and you can share a recap card on Discord or social media. If you miss a game after the lineup lock and a matchmaker marks it as a no-show, your trust score drops and Kleos is deducted (no marking, no penalty). Pulling out after the lineup lock counts as a no-show even if you answered Maybe; before that there's no penalty — change freely until the roster is confirmed, then you can only decline. After a match you can send a commendation to anyone who played in it — your team or the other team. Each one you receive adds 15 Kleos, and they build the “Manner index” on your profile. The Manner index is display-only, with no penalty. Details: No-shows, marks and MVP.

There is no per-server switch for in-house matches — they work on every server with the official Kletoi bot. Server admins and the server owner can run matches from the start; appoint a matchmaker only to hand it to another member (“Members” in the web console, or /matchmaker grant). To send invites by DM, turn on “Allow bot DM notifications” in server settings (it is off on new servers). Optionally set a “Match announce channel” — Join buttons are posted there for members the DM cannot reach. Details: A server admin's first 5 minutes.

Invite DMs don't go out on a server where “Allow bot DM notifications” is off (it is off on new servers), and you can't receive them if you block DMs from server members in Discord. If you aren't on the match roster, there is no invite at all. Without the DM you can still answer on the “My matches” page on the web, and in the invite post in the match announce channel if the server set one. Fixing the cause doesn't resend an invite you already missed. Only a server admin can change the switch. Details: I didn't get the invite DM.

Kleos is a score that shows your recent activity on this server. It builds up from time spent in a voice channel with at least one other person (counting starts once the server sets a weekly report channel or turns on tier badges), and also from commendations you receive and weekly challenges. It goes down when a no-show is confirmed or after a long break, and on servers that use seasons it restarts from zero at each rollover. Your tier comes from lifetime voice time, not Kleos, so a lower Kleos never lowers your tier. You can see the score on your member profile, at /wallet and in the server home leaderboard's “By activity” sort (the Discord /badge leaderboard ranks total voice hours instead). The core features stay free. Premium doesn't unlock extra features — it raises five numeric limits and how long records are kept. You can start a Premium subscription from the pricing page, and its comparison table shows the limits. The difference in record retention is set out in Privacy Policy §4.1. Yes. Ranked Solo, Ranked Flex, Normal (Draft) and Normal (Swiftplay) are tracked — plus Normal (Blind) and Normal (Quickplay), queues Riot has since retired, if those games are still in your match history. Link your Riot account with /riot link and games are collected periodically — or run /riot sync to pull them right away. Details: Your profile and match history.

Not automatically. Riot doesn't serve custom games through the match API, so they can't be pulled even with the game ID. Matches you run through our custom-match feature do keep their result, MMR and MVP inside your server. You can still record one by hand: enter the result under 'Add a record' on your server home, and it counts once a matchmaker approves it. Details: Confirm a result and enter records.

Premium stays on that server and renews automatically on the next billing date with the payment method on file. The payer can sign in to the Kletoi website and, even without manage permission, schedule a cancellation under “Payments and subscriptions” on the home page (it ends immediately if the subscription is past due) and view receipts and contract confirmations there. Undoing a scheduled cancellation is done by a server admin on the Premium page of the web console. For a refund, a server admin can process it in the console, or the payer can email admin@kletoi.com. If the Kletoi bot is no longer in the server, the subscription ends on the next billing date without a charge.

Within 7 days of payment you can request a full refund (withdrawal) whether or not you used Premium, and the same period applies to each automatic renewal payment. During that period a server admin can do it directly with “End now and refund” on the Premium page of the web console (if part of the payment was already refunded, the remainder is refunded). For a monthly subscription, after 7 days the current month's fee is generally not refunded; if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and payments stop from the next renewal. After 7 days, a mid-term refund of an annual payment deducts the days you used and a cancellation fee of 10% of the amount paid. For cases the console can't handle (for example, an annual payment that was already partly refunded, after the 7 days) and anything else, email admin@kletoi.com and the operator will handle it.
