What is Kletoi?

Kletoi is a Discord bot. It auto-creates temporary voice channels that clean themselves up, and runs League custom matches end to end — recruiting, team balancing, and result review.

How do I add the bot to my server?

Use the invite button at the top (or visit kletoi.com/invite) to invite it. Set a trigger voice channel once with Manage Server permission and you’re ready to go — the management hub text channel is optional.

How do temporary voice channels work?

Join the “trigger” voice channel your admin set up and your own channel appears automatically. Rename it, set a user limit, lock or hide it from the control panel — and it disappears once empty.

Custom matches

How do I start a custom match?

Someone with the matchmaker role creates a match and invites members. Invitees respond with Join · Maybe · Decline via DM buttons, and get a follow-up once teams are set.

How are teams decided?

The team builder places members into two teams with assigned lanes, and suggests balanced sides based on MMR so games don’t tilt one way.

How is MMR calculated?

It uses a dependency-free TrueSkill model. Wins and losses move your skill estimate, and everyone starts from the same value before their first game. See the per-match trend on your member profile.

How do seasons work?

When seasons are enabled, each one tallies ratings and records, with rankings and a recap at the end. Between seasons, ratings converge gently rather than resetting fully, and you can share a recap card on Discord or social media.

What are no-shows and the trust score?

If you miss a confirmed game and a matchmaker marks it as a no-show, your trust score drops and Kleos is deducted (no marking, no penalty). Pulling out after confirmation counts as a no-show even if you answered Maybe; before confirmation you can change freely with no penalty.

What is the manner score (commendations)?

After a game you can send commendations to teammates. They build a manner score shown on your profile — a display-only signal that only goes up, with no penalty.

Activity score & pricing

What is Kleos (the activity score)?

Kleos is an activity score built from social time spent together in voice. Activity raises your tier, and your score shows on your member profile, at /wallet and in the server home leaderboard’s activity sort (the Discord /badge leaderboard ranks total voice hours instead). The score slowly decays during long stretches of inactivity.

Is it paid? When are plans coming?

The core features stay free. You can start a Premium subscription from the pricing page, and its comparison table shows exactly which features are Premium.

Ranked game records

Are flex queue games tracked too?

Yes. Four queues are tracked: Solo/Duo, Flex, Normal (Draft) and Normal (Blind). Link your Riot account with /riot link and games are collected periodically — or run /riot sync to pull them right away.

Are custom games tracked too?

Not automatically. Riot doesn't serve custom games through the match API, so they can't be pulled even with the game ID. Matches you run through our custom-match feature do keep their result, MMR and MVP inside your server. You can still record one by hand: enter the result under 'Add a record' on your server home, and it counts once a matchmaker approves it.
