v0.16.5 2026-10-23
Privacy Policy changes (from 2026-10-30)
🛠Improved
  • Privacy Policy 1.33 takes effect on 2026-10-30 — a new operator inbox groups our replies, operator notices and the images exchanged into one conversation per person and keeps them for one year after the last message (images are kept as received). Your enquiry record itself is not part of that clean-up: it stays under its existing rules, and /voice-meta forget-me still deletes it. Enquiries from anyone with a billing record (whatever the topic) and billing or refund enquiries are kept for three years from their last handling as the law requires; if you ask for deletion during that time, we keep them separately and delete them when the period ends.
v0.16.4 2026-10-23
Payers can now manage their own subscription
✨New
  • Under “Payments and subscriptions” on your home page you can view and cancel subscriptions you pay for and open receipts and a printable contract confirmation for each order — no manage permission needed.
🛠Improved
  • We've revised the Terms to 1.7 (payers can cancel directly · renewal price stays as agreed and yearly renewals get a notice 7 days ahead · clearer withdrawal deadline wording).
v0.16.3 2026-10-23
We've updated the Privacy Policy
🛠Improved
  • We've updated the Privacy Policy to 1.32 — it now covers "Import match", which lets the opposing server take a scrim record into its own records, and explains that people from the original server appear without names in an imported copy, and participants who are not members appear without names on match record pages.
  • Premium pricing is set at ₩3,000 per month or ₩30,000 per year.
  • Ownership transfer, kick, allow/deny lists and remembered settings stay free.
  • Light mode has been retired — the website is now dark only.
✨New
  • The new guide is open — step-by-step pages covering getting started, temporary voice channels, in-house matches, linking Riot, ranks, server admin and troubleshooting, plus an “All commands” list. The old guide address now leads to the new guide. Japanese, Spanish, Chinese and French are being translated, so those languages show the English text with a notice for now.
v0.16.2 2026-10-15
We've updated the Privacy Policy
🛠Improved
  • We've updated the Privacy Policy to 1.31 — it now covers share links, the Riot account ownership check and operator notice records, and explains that records of participants who are not server members are kept anonymously, without their Riot ID.
v0.16.0 2026-10-10
Set up on the web, record in-house games as series
✨New
  • Guided setup — create your trigger, management hub and weekly report channels in Discord right from the web console, and rename them there too. On a server with no trigger yet, “Recommended setup in one go” creates and connects a category, trigger, management hub and weekly report all at once.
  • In-house record entry — open “Add a record” in the server home sidebar to pick each player's champion, and continue a Bo3 or Bo5 series game by game (with Fearless, champions from earlier games are marked). A matchmaker reviews each record before it counts.
🛠Improved
  • Welcome messages now go to the new member as a DM instead of a server channel, so only they see it (nothing is sent to members who block DMs).
  • In-house games now have clearer steps — after “Confirm roster”, “Lock lineup” locks the teams (that's when the “Teams assembled” DM goes out), then “Start match” and “Confirm result”. Once the roster is confirmed members can only decline, and leaving after the lineup lock counts as a no-show. If a match sits at one step too long, the matchmaker gets a single nudge DM instead of the match being auto-cancelled.
  • Tighter security — share card links now open for 90 days after they're created (links you've already shared keep working until January 6, 2027), and changes in the web console check your Discord admin permissions at that moment.
🐛Fixed
  • Fixed voice panel buttons and commands (rename, invite, lock, kick and more) ending in “This interaction failed” when Discord was slow, and Riot outages being reported as “Riot ID not found” or “no new games”.
v0.15.2 2026-09-19
Longer record retention for servers with Premium (from 2026-09-26)
🛠Improved
  • From 2026-09-26, servers with Premium keep the admin action log for 180 days and voice activity for 182 days (free stays at 30 and 35). Records still on hand that day are kept longer; records deleted before then do not come back. AFK auto-move records stay at 30 days on every server. We've revised the Privacy Policy to 1.24 (effective 2026-09-26), the Terms to 1.6, and the Refund Policy to 1.4.
v0.15.1 2026-09-16
The refund policy now favours you
🛠Improved
  • You can request a **full refund within 7 days of each payment, whether or not you used Premium**. The previous "unused features" condition is gone, and the same window now applies to every renewal payment.
  • The refund timeline is now explicit: we request the cancellation without delay, and it may take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.
  • The Terms no longer say the Service provides "all features free of charge" — core features are free, but some limits differ by plan.
v0.15.0 2026-08-20
Our server's story
✨New
  • Your server home now tells your server's story — highlight cards (Most games, Best squad, Longest in-house streak, Best duo), record holders, server stats, and a recent-activity feed all sit on one screen. You don't need to be an admin: any member of the server can open it.
  • Admin announcements — admins can pin a notice to the top of the server home. Set an end date and it comes down on its own; pick a channel and the same notice is mirrored into Discord. Past announcements stay available to re-read or re-post at any time.
  • Server nicknames and server avatars — leaderboards, records, and announcements now show the name and picture you use in that particular server, so it is much easier to tell who is who.
🛠Improved
  • Voice time now follows real participation — deafened means no accrual; mic-muted accrues at 0.5×. Listening is taking part, too.
  • Match records are richer and quicker — the Refresh now button on your profile pulls in the game you just finished (the wait dropped from 10 minutes to 5), and every game now shows vision score and game length. Squad pages can expand each game to show who played which champion and position, with KDA and gold.
🐛Fixed
  • Easier on the eyes — light-mode contrast was raised across the site, and text that used to spill off narrow screens was fixed for Japanese, Chinese, and French as well. Audit log entries were also relabelled to say plainly what actually happened.
v0.14.0 2026-07-30
Your data, your call
✨New
  • Anonymised departure — `/voice-meta forget-me` now replaces the marker that points at you in in-house and reputation records. Your teammates' records, MMR history, and season standings stay intact; your slot shows only as "Departed member".
  • Your Kleos balance and its ledger, plus the ranked-game records synced from your linked Riot account, are now deleted by forget-me as well.
🛠Improved
  • The privacy policy has been rewritten (1.6) — it now spells out, item by item, what is deleted, what is anonymised, and what remains.
  • Departed members now show as "Departed member" in all six languages on leaderboards and match details (an internal number could show up before).
🐛Fixed
  • Fixed server icons looking different from page to page — the server list and the server switcher now always show the current icon.
v0.13.0 2026-07-30
One-click setup & your profile
✨New
  • Install onboarding — adding the bot now posts a getting-started message in your server, and one button creates the trigger voice channel for you. The web console also gained a step-by-step setup wizard.
  • A way in for members — you no longer need to be an admin to open your own profile from the home page. Activity time, badge tier, and server ranking sit on one screen, and the weekly report now links straight to it.
  • /support — one place that shows where to reach us and how long a reply usually takes.
🛠Improved
  • Share cards gained a vertical 9:16 story shape, and on mobile you can post them straight through the system share sheet.
  • Copy across the site now matches what the product actually does — the pricing page states that every feature is free right now, and figures that had drifted from the code (such as badge tier thresholds) were corrected. Light-mode contrast and button accessibility were improved too.
🐛Fixed
  • Fixed servers that had never picked a language being stuck on Korean. The bot now follows the admin's Discord language, and /admin set-language can override it at any time.
v0.12.0 2026-07-17
Pricing terms & member ops notes
✨New
  • Member notes & tags — staff can leave ops notes and tags on a member's detail page (staff-only, not visible to the member).
🛠Improved
  • The pricing page now states the terms of sale (service period, refund policy, and contact info).
🐛Fixed
  • Accessing an out-of-range invalid ID now shows a proper 'not found' page instead of an error.
v0.11.0 2026-07-16
Ranked game records & squads
✨New
  • Ranked game records — once your Riot account is linked, solo/flex ranked results are pulled in and shown as recent games on your member profile (/riot sync).
  • Squads — create a roster of teammates with /squad, and ranked games played together are aggregated as a team record.
  • Squad console — manage squad rosters from the web console, with recent ranked games shown on the member detail page.
🛠Improved
  • Clicking a match item in the home 'news' feed now jumps straight to that match's detail page.
  • Localized the /riot, /squad, and /matchmaker slash command names into all 6 languages.
🐛Fixed
  • Fixed commands going unresponsive on permission checks or errors — a short notice now shows instead.
v0.10.0 2026-07-16
Weekly challenges & draft practice mode
✨New
  • Weekly challenges — admins define weekly goals (matches played, voice time, commendations, MVPs, playing with new members), members track progress on their profile, and Kleos points are added automatically at week's end.
  • Draft practice mode — open the draft board without a match to rehearse pick/ban strategy. Go solo (you control both teams) or invite an opponent captain (DM invite). Fearless chaining works too — nothing counts toward MMR or records.
🛠Improved
  • Homepage top menu improved — section shortcuts added, and on narrow screens the menu folds into 'More' instead of disappearing.
  • The match console roster now shows 'tentative' badges and self-withdraw chips, so attendance is visible at a glance.
v0.9.0 2026-07-15
Champion draft board & real-screen gallery
✨New
  • Champion draft board — a 20-step tournament pick/ban started from the match detail. Team captains select and lock in, spectators watch live, and fearless mode carries previous-set picks forward.
  • 'Browse the actual screens' on the homepage — a gallery of real console and member screens you can explore in a lightbox before installing.
v0.8.0 2026-06-29
Reputation, seasons & the Kleos activity score
✨New
  • Commendations — praise teammates after a game to build a manner score shown on your profile.
  • No-show review and member trust — absences are reviewed into a trust score, and matchmakers can dismiss them.
  • MMR seasons — per-season ratings and recaps (rank, record), plus per-bracket reward roles.
  • Kleos activity score — built from social time spent together in voice, visible on your profile (/wallet).
  • Recurring in-house scheduler — auto-create and invite matches on a repeating schedule, with a personal notification time zone.
v0.7.0 2026-06-24
Season recap share cards & interactive guide
✨New
  • When a season ends, share your recap (rank, rating, record) as a card image on Discord or social — paste the link and the card unfurls.
  • Each tab of the usage guide now shows the real screens as step-by-step interactive scenes.
🛠Improved
  • Added the guide link to the footer so it's easy to find after login and on mobile.
  • Localized the in-scene text in the guide so it follows your selected language.
v0.6.0 2026-06-22
Usage guide & mobile sidebar
✨New
  • New usage guide page (/guide) — temp voice, matches, Riot linking, and tiers in per-feature tabs.
  • On mobile, the sidebar now opens as a slide-in drawer (hamburger menu).
🛠Improved
  • Added explanatory tooltips on buttons and icons, and reorganized the settings form into sections.
  • Added a quick-nav bar in the top bar for jumping between pages.
  • Refined motion to better respect reduce-motion (low-power) preferences.
v0.5.0 2026-06-19
AI match summary & team builder
✨New
  • AI match summary — post-game feedback is summarized by AI and shown on the match detail page.
  • Match team builder — place members into Team 1 / Team 2, assign lanes, and preview both teams before sending.
  • Added this patch notes page.
🛠Improved
  • Console polish — mode and language switches are unified, and your real server icon now shows in the top bar.
v0.4.0 2026-06-18
Riot integration & result review
✨New
  • Riot account linking — connect your Riot ID via /riot link (or your member profile) for automatic matching during result review.
  • Result review — a matchmaker confirms the winning team and it feeds into MMR.
  • Match feedback — leave a one-line note and vote for an MVP after a game.
🛠Improved
  • The match detail page now updates live without refreshing.
  • Grant, revoke, and review matchmaker permissions from the web.
🐛Fixed
  • Remakes and short games (under 10 minutes) are voided and excluded from MMR.
v0.3.0 2026-06-17
Stats & public pages
✨New
  • MMR trend graph — track your per-match rating changes on your member profile.
  • Kletoi 5-tier rank badges — climb tiers through activity, reflected on the leaderboard and medals.
  • Launched a unified home dashboard and a public features & pricing page.
🛠Improved
  • Invites, confirmations, cancellations, subs, and reminders now arrive as richer DMs.
  • Now available in 6 languages (Korean, English, Japanese, Spanish, Chinese, French).
v0.2.0 2026-06-16
Ranked custom matches & web console
✨New
  • Match workflow — create matches, join via DM buttons, swap subs in real time, with a public audit log.

  • Web admin console — manage guild settings, active channels, members, and the audit log from the browser.
